The School of Health and Social Care at Edinburgh Napier University are currently developing new qualifying programmes in:
- Social Work
- Occupational Therapy
The team would welcome the opportunity to engage with professionals, users of services or those interested in health and social care delivery.
At this event there will be the opportunity to:
- Meet the programme teams, find out more about the developments and view our facilities at Napier
- Share with us what you would like to see in the education of these professionals
- Discuss how you might like to be involved, for example selection of students, placement opportunities or contributing to the teaching of the programmes.
The University is very keen to welcome practice educators, link workers and others who may be interested. They also welcome contact from individuals who may be unable to attend the event, but would like to contribute to the consultation, offer placements, join their list of independent practice educators or be involved in other ways.
The event includes a tour of the new simulation centre, which will form part of the preparation for practice for students.
