No two children are the same: Adapting and changing practice to meet the additional support needs in your setting

The Enquire Conference will offer you the space to consider the needs of the children you support and find helpful strategies to develop and adapt your practice to meet those needs.

You will have the chance to hear from experts and children and young people themselves on subjects including:

  • Supporting highly able pupils, pupils with ADHD, Developmental Language Disorder and those on the autism spectrum
  • Positive mental health in children and young people
  • The extension of children's rights resulting from Education (Scotland) Act 2016 and the opportunities this offers practitioners.

Among the speakers already confirmed is the UK's leading behaviour and learning specialist and ADHD expert Fintan O'Regan. Fintan is an internationally acclaimed presenter and consultant in behaviour, learning and motivation working both within the Education and Health sectors. He has published several books, including the award-winning publication Educating Children with ADHD.
