Portrait of Care public exhibition – Glasgow 15-18 March

15th March 2018, 10:00 am - 18th March 2018, 4:00 pm

Coinciding with World Social Work Day, the exhibition, which runs from 15-18 March aims to celebrate the great work of the sector, understand practitioners' views, as well as provide an opportunity to share key insights from the public. It is open to anyone working in, or interested in, social services, including the general public.

Good practice stories will be showcased at the exhibition. It’s time that more good news stories are seen and heard and by collecting these stories we can collectively build a valuable resource, which will influence, and possibly change, public perceptions and understanding of what it means to work in social services.

It is open to everyone over the four days, but there will be specific speakers and activities on each day.

  • Thursday 15 March : Industry Day (10-4pm)
  • Friday 16 March: Education Day (10-4pm)
  • Saturday 17 March: Public Day (10-4pm)
  • Sunday 18 March: Public Day (10-2pm)
