Keep Calm and Carry on Practice Teaching
– practical tools in a time of turmoil
Thursday 17th November 2016
Grand Central Hotel, 99 Gordon Street, Glasgow, G1 3SF

Social work and social work education continues to experience change and this conference will be an opportunity to explore the challenges for practice learning in these transforming environments. Through the key note presentation and a range of workshops we want to explore and equip practice teachers with a diverse range of knowledge and skills as they champion practice learning in the future of social work.

We’re really pleased that Siobhan MacLean delivered the keynote.
Siobhan is an independent practice educator, Honorary Secretary of the International Federation of Social Workers (European region), a member of the Editorial Board of The Journal of Practice Teaching and Learning, and founder of Kirwin Maclean Associates.
