We are very excited about this event.
The University of Edinburgh is currently celebrating 100 years of social work education and training. ScOPT is delighted to be involved with this anniversary as we celebrate our own 18th year of supporting practice education in Scotland.
Join Professor Viv Cree as she chats to some terrific guests - including Wendy Paterson, Linda Grierson, Marianne Hughes, Pat MacCowan and Fiona Stansfield - and asks the questions to which everyone wants to know the answers.
You'll also have the opportunity to connect and reconnect with friends and colleagues, and contribute to setting the agenda for ScOPT in the coming years. You'll be inspired and energised. And you can pop into the Christmas Market on the way home 🙂
This event will also incorporate the ScOPT AGM.
If you are alumni of the University of Edinburgh, can you bring any artefacts you might have – exam papers, reading lists, awards, photographs, certificates, etc. The University of Edinburgh would like to take photographs of these for their Social Work Centenary website during the afternoon.
