ScOPT and Dundee University share the concerns of many regarding the wellbeing of students, educators and workers as we grow the next generation of social work practitioners.

There is an increasing demand that social workers have high emotional intelligence, resilience and self-compassion to equip them for the rigors of their profession.

So, how do we enable them to develop self-awareness, have empathy and manage impact to be healthy and effective practitioners?

This event will be an opportunity for you to join the conversation and move to action.

The practice learning community will gather, listen and contribute to this important and dynamic conversation about wellbeing and support. Our key conversationalists will share dialogue and deliberations through their unique perspectives and will include students, educators, practitioners, researchers and writers. There will be opportunity for you to join the conversation at key talking points and together we will capture and convert key learning to actions, to help build a healthier workforce.

This event also incorporates the ScOPT AGM.

Download the flyer and circulate to colleagues or put it on the team noticeboard... or both 🙂
